We use safe and effective weed control methods to control weeds such as broadleaf plants and dandelions.
Moisture and Fungus Control
We install a polyethylene barrier on crawl space floors [80%] in accordance to HUD regulations to help control moisture and fungus.
We install automatic temp vents, vents that open and close by themselves with an automatic thermostat, completely closed at 38 degrees and completely open at 72 degrees.
Rodent Control
We use safe and effective mice and rat control methods with anti-coagulatant baits, very similar to blood thinners that a human takes for heart conditions.
It is slow but effective giving the rodents an over dose of the drug.
Wood Borer and Beetle Control
We use a safe and effective liquid treatment to control wood borers and beetles [surface treatment and injection treatments].
Certification Letters VA/FHA, Structural Reports, WDI Reports
All inspectors are register with the HUD-FHA-VA to due government loans.
We are members of the Board of Realtors and have the Super Lock Box to gain access to the properties to be inspected.
